Sales Executive – Outbound Lead Generation

About the role

AGUS Systems is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its on‑site team. You will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, prospect qualification and client acquisition for its AI, SaaS and FinTech services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce AGUS Systems' services.
• Generate, qualify and manage leads via calls, email, WhatsApp, social media and other outreach channels.
• Handle objections, communicate value propositions and schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate lead information and activity records in the CRM and track daily calls, follow‑ups and conversions.
• Meet assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and collaborate with the sales team to move prospects through the pipeline.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and professional phone etiquette.
• Previous experience in call centre, telesales, telemarketing, BPO, customer service or business development.
• Confident making cold and outbound calls, strong persuasion and objection‑handling skills.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.
