Sales Executive - Pharmaceutical Products

About the role

Wingrow Pharma, a pharmaceutical company based in Lahore, Pakistan, is looking for a Sales Executive to support its commercial growth. The role builds productive relationships with healthcare customers and represents the company's products professionally in the local market. It is a full-time position based in Lahore involving regular customer-facing sales activity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with prospective and existing customers, including healthcare professionals and pharmacy accounts.
• Present product information accurately and answer customer questions clearly and professionally.
• Meet agreed sales targets and keep consistent follow-up on leads, orders and customer needs.
• Plan customer outreach and sales activities, and keep records of visits, discussions and outcomes.
• Monitor local market activity and share customer feedback and competitor information with the team.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues on order processing, product availability and resolving customer concerns.
• Represent the company ethically and in line with company policies and pharmaceutical industry requirements.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to spot sales opportunities, develop leads and follow up consistently.
• Customer-focused and confident discussing product information accurately.
• Goal-oriented, able to plan sales activities and work toward measurable targets.
• Sound organization and record-keeping for customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Professional judgment, integrity and awareness of pharmaceutical industry policies and standards.
• Comfortable doing in-person customer outreach in Lahore and working with an internal team.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and preparing routine updates.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of PKR 50,000 to 100,000.
