Sales Executive - Premium Coffee Products

About the role

Bloom Coffee is looking for a dynamic, motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to expand its business network and drive sales growth for its premium coffee products. The role focuses on building relationships with cafés, restaurants and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential business clients, including cafés, restaurants and hospitality businesses.
• Present and promote the Arabica Gayo and Full Robusta Gold products.
• Generate new business leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and provide regular sales updates.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food and beverages, coffee or hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop business relationships and close sales effectively.
• Self-motivated, professional and target-driven approach.
• Good understanding of the local market; a valid driving licence is an advantage.
