Sales Executive – Real Estate Investment (U.S. Market)

About the role

Vairt Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Sales Executive to join its sales team. The role focuses on generating sales, acquiring new clients, presenting real‑estate investment opportunities, handling objections, and closing deals with clients in the U.S. market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and acquire qualified clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations on real‑estate investment structures, benefits and processes.
• Build strong relationships with prospects, manage the full sales cycle and close deals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, record activities in the CRM and ensure proper follow‑up.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales with a strong track record in B2C or B2B closing.
• Experience dealing with U.S. clients or the U.S. real‑estate market is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Strong cold‑calling, outbound sales and pipeline‑management abilities.
