Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for real‑estate sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored property solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos and site visits.
- Provide accurate information and insights about real‑estate projects.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven mindset.
