Sales Executive – Remote (Work From Home)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to promote our dental SaaS solution across Pakistan. The position is fully remote, with occasional visits to dental clinics in Lahore for in‑person demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach dental clinics, presenting the software to owners and decision‑makers.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations both online and on‑site.
• Generate leads, follow up prospects and achieve a target of 57 new clinic sign‑ups per month.
• Maintain and update a disciplined sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close subscription‑based contracts.
• Coordinate hand‑overs to implementation and support teams after closing.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, field sales or client‑facing roles.
• Proven B2B or healthcare‑technology sales experience, preferably with dental clinics.
• Comfortable delivering virtual demos and occasional in‑person meetings.
• Strong negotiation and proposal‑writing abilities.
• Basic technical literacy to explain SaaS features in non‑technical language.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using video conferencing platforms for product demos.

What we offer

• Base salary PKR 25,000 per month.
• Commission potential up to PKR 200,000+ in strong months.
• Monthly conveyance reimbursement of PKR 7,000.
