Sales Executive / Sales Associate (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive / Sales Associate to join Your Scale Gate’s remote team. The role focuses on acquiring new business customers across Pakistan, especially in Rawalpindi, and matching them with our digital growth solutions. You will work part‑time from any location, driving revenue through consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential business clients through research, outreach, referrals and local market engagement.
• Present integrated digital solutions covering online reviews, search visibility, website development, video content and paid campaigns.
• Qualify leads, understand client objectives and recommend appropriate service packages.
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in the sales CRM.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and clear communication of client expectations.
• Track sales activity, pipeline progress and conversion results, providing market feedback to the team.

Required profile

• Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, deliver presentations, negotiate and close sales.
• Strong spoken and written communication with a consultative selling approach.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, organized and professional in client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and service delivery teams.
