About the role

Chughtaiz is hiring a Sales Executive in Lahore. The role centres on welcoming customers, recommending Kohler products, preparing quotations and converting inquiries into sales while supporting showroom activities.

Key responsibilities

Welcome walk-in customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their needs.
Recommend appropriate Kohler products after assessing customer requirements.
Prepare detailed, accurate quotations with transparent pricing.
Maintain consistent follow-up with potential customers to turn inquiries into sales.
Build strong, trusting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve or exceed individual monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
Assist in product presentations and demonstrations at the showroom.
Gather and analyse customer feedback to spot trends and improvement opportunities, using customer feedback management tools to track sentiments and actions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and outreach.
Keep the showroom clean, organised and welcoming.
