Sales Executive / Team Leader – International Car Export

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive – Team Leader to drive international car export sales. The role involves generating leads, negotiating deals and managing client relationships across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential car buyers worldwide through digital channels, cold calling and direct outreach.
• Present vehicle inventory, negotiate pricing and close export sales.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with dealers and individual buyers to generate repeat business.
• Manage the sales pipeline, provide accurate quotations and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Stay informed on import/export regulations, shipping routes and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; experience in car export or international B2B sales is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese or Swahili are advantageous.
• Self‑starter with a strong drive to meet targets and maximize commission.
• Comfortable handling international correspondence and using digital tools for lead generation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 30,000–45,000 per month (experience‑based).
• Flat commission of PKR 10,000 per unit sold.
• 25 % profit share on any unit generating a net profit above USD 1,000.
• Monthly volume bonus of USD 1,000 for sales exceeding USD 50,000.
• Monthly profit bonus of USD 1,500 for generating USD 10,000 profit.
