About the role
The Sales Executive will drive new business for a UK‑based travel agency operating in Islamabad. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking and lead generation.
- Promote and sell travel packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visa assistance, travel insurance and other services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and travel itineraries for clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
- 2 years of sales and ticketing experience, preferably in travel, tourism or hospitality.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
