Sales Executive – Travel Packages

About the role

The Sales Executive will work on‑site in Lahore (with coverage of Sialkot and Islamabad) to drive sales of travel packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings and visa services. You will engage prospective clients, present customized travel solutions for Umrah, Hajj and international tourism, and close sales while maintaining high ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective customers for travel and visa services.
• Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations and present tailored travel solutions.
• Follow up leads, negotiate terms and close sales to meet individual and team targets.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with operations, ticketing and documentation teams to guarantee accurate bookings.
• Update client records in the CRM and keep abreast of airline promotions, hotel deals and visa requirements.
• Participate in local marketing and outreach activities while adhering to company compliance standards.

Required profile

• Proven sales and customer‑service experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or a related service industry.
• Strong communication skills in Urdu and good command of English.
• Ability to work on‑site in Punjab, manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of Umrah, Hajj and international travel requirements; prior agency or ticketing experience is a plus.
• Intermediate or college‑level education; business, tourism or hospitality qualifications are advantageous.
• High ethical orientation with commitment to authentic documentation and regulatory compliance.
