Sales Executive - Travel Partner

About the role

AeroGlobe is a growth-focused travel partner that manages key partnerships and operational activities so its clients can concentrate on serving their customers. It is looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Executive based in Kharian. The role covers identifying and pursuing new business, building relationships with clients and partners, and promoting AeroGlobe's travel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with operations and partnership teams to align client needs with service capabilities.
• Track performance against sales targets and provide regular reports and forecasts.
• Carry out active market research and take part in local networking activities.
• Adhere to AeroGlobe's customer service and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in travel, hospitality or other service-oriented industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Kharian and travel locally as needed for client meetings and events.

• Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
