Sales Executive – Upwork & Freelance Platforms

About the role

CanCode Devs is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive business through Upwork, Fiverr and similar freelance platforms. You will be the front‑line representative, turning platform leads into long‑term software and AI projects.

Key responsibilities

• Write and submit compelling proposals on Upwork, Fiverr and related platforms.
• Maintain and update the company profile, portfolio, and client communications.
• Qualify leads, negotiate terms, and close web, AI and software development deals.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to accurately scope projects.
• Build and sustain a consistent pipeline of recurring clients.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven success bidding and winning work on Upwork or similar platforms.
• Excellent written English with the ability to craft high‑conversion proposals.
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and non‑technical clients.
• Understanding of software/AI project scoping is a strong plus.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and comfortable with a base‑plus‑commission compensation model.
