Sales Export Nomination Executive (Logistics)

About the role

The Sales Export Nomination Executive will drive new business and manage the full sales cycle for cargo solutions, focusing on air and sea freight services. You will work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to grow revenue in the Karachi market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market analysis and customer insights.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, meeting individual and team targets.
• Use CRM software to record activities, client interactions and performance metrics.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through effective communication.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and other departments to improve customer experience.
• Negotiate profitable deals while safeguarding company interests.
• Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Support junior sales staff through training and best‑practice sharing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or freight services.
• Age 22–35 years.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership qualities at an operational level.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.

What we offer

• Salary range PKR 40,000 – PKR 65,000 per month.
• Conveyance and petrol allowances included.
• Commission of 30 % above target.
