Sales Export Nomination Executive (Logistics)

About the role

The Sales Export Nomination Executive will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Cargo Solution Services in the fast‑moving logistics sector. You will act as a bridge between clients, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring smooth sales operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market analysis and customer insights.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, meeting individual and team targets.
• Use CRM software to track activities, client interactions and performance metrics.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through effective communication.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing and other departments to improve the customer experience.
• Negotiate profitable deals while protecting company interests.
• Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Support junior sales staff through training and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in air/sea freight or logistics.
• Age between 22 and 35 years.
• Dynamic, customer‑centric attitude with strong leadership at an operational level.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for tracking sales activities.

What we offer

• Salary range PKR 40,000 – PKR 65,000 per month.
• Conveyance and petrol allowances included in the package.
• Commission of 30% above target and a sales target of 2.5 × monthly salary.
