Sales Hunter – International B2B Sales

About the role

Pure Peaks, a Pakistan‑based exporter of premium Himalayan salt, is expanding its international sales team. The Sales Hunter will actively prospect, qualify and close new buyers in Pakistan and overseas markets, working remotely from Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, food companies, restaurants and other commercial buyers in Pakistan and abroad.
• Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, and follow up consistently with prospects.
• Understand customer requirements, prepare quotations and develop commercial opportunities together with the Pure Peaks team.
• Negotiate terms, close orders and nurture relationships to generate repeat business.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, provide regular updates and forecast sales activity.

Required profile

• Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads and close new‑business opportunities.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Experience with pipeline management, sales forecasting and activity reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, organized and target‑driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline and activity management.
