Sales Manager – Consumer Auto Division

About the role

The Consumer Auto Division is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and manage credit risk for its leasing portfolio. You will lead the development and execution of sales strategies while ensuring strong customer relationships and rigorous credit assessment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales targets through effective action plans and market analysis.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that exceed targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Conduct credit analysis, evaluate applications and prepare detailed credit reports.
• Assess credit risk, recommend limits and terms, and monitor portfolio performance.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or consumer finance sector.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in credit assessment and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and adapt to changing market conditions.
