Sales Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Gujranwala and focuses on leading a sales team to promote Family Takaful products. The Sales Manager will develop strategies, build strong customer relationships, and ensure high service standards across the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, train, coach and manage a high‑performing sales team to meet assigned targets.
• Plan and execute sales strategies for Family Takaful products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and community stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback and coordinate with internal departments for support and claims handling.
• Prepare regular sales reports, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Represent DFTL at local events, meetings and community engagement activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance, Takaful or financial services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership, team‑building and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Understanding of Islamic financial principles or willingness to learn, especially related to Family Takaful.
• Analytical and planning skills for forecasting and interpreting market trends.
• Ability to work on‑site in Gujranwala and travel locally as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field; professional certifications in insurance or Takaful are a plus.
• High ethical standards, integrity and commitment to inclusive practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
• Comfort with digital tools for reporting and customer management.
