Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead high‑ticket B2B sales in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will combine strong business development expertise with proven closing ability to generate revenue from enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing, maintaining a robust pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, proposals, negotiations and close high‑ticket deals ($10K+).
• Build relationships with CEOs, founders, directors and other senior decision‑makers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth strategies.

Required profile

• 3–10 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record in high‑ticket sales and closing.
• Background in IT, software, SaaS, digital agency, e‑commerce or technology is highly preferred.
• Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable working with international clients and senior decision‑makers.
