Sales Manager

About the role

The client helps individuals achieve personal growth through NLP, hypnotherapy, and coaching. They are looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of six Sales Executives, drive high‑ticket B2C sales, and ensure rigorous pipeline and activity compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales floor daily to keep all six executives on target for calls and high‑yield activities.
• Conduct twice‑weekly pipeline audits covering every prospect from initial contact to final invoice.
• Listen to calls, run role‑play exercises, and fix conversion drop‑off points for each executive.
• Hire, onboard, and develop Sales Executives into self‑sourcing Relationship Managers.
• Personally close complex or high‑value deals and sell Master Practitioner programs when needed.
• Prepare and submit weekly quantitative reports directly to the Managing Director.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in high‑ticket B2C consultative sales (e.g., education, ed‑tech, banking, insurance, real estate).
• Minimum 3 years leading a sales team of 5+ members with a proven record of quota attainment.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop sales reps who achieve their targets.
• Hard sales or business marketing background; psychology not required.

Required skills

• Proficient in CRM usage.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.
• Comfortable making sales calls daily.
