Sales Manager (SAAS Sales)

About the role

The Sales Manager at Creative Chaos will drive sales of our software solutions, lead a team of sales representatives, and develop strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
• Manage and mentor the sales team, providing coaching and support to enhance performance.
• Identify and target potential clients through market research and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to measure team performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of managing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and the software market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of leading a team in a fast‑paced environment.
