Sales & Marketing Executive – Field Sales

About the role

Lepharma & Diagnostic Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive field sales across Karachi. You will be the primary point of contact for institutional buyers, pharmacies and healthcare professionals, promoting the company’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 10–12 institutional visits per day, presenting the product range to procurement officers and pharmacy managers.
• Generate purchase orders, register new accounts in the ERP system and log all activities in the CRM within two hours.
• Support tender preparation, compile required lists and follow up on orders, deliveries and disputes.
• Collect payments, report collections to Finance and ensure accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, client visits, product presentations and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical, medical, surgical, disposable or laboratory product markets.
• Target‑oriented with effective territory planning and pipeline management.
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned areas of Karachi.
