About the role
Startex Marketing Services is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join its Lahore and Karachi offices. You will be the front‑line contact for B2B clients in the restaurant and retail sectors, promoting a suite of digital performance‑improvement products.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and sell digital solutions to prospective B2B clients, converting leads into long‑term partnerships.
- Onboard new clients smoothly, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive communication, goal alignment, and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery and handle escalations.
Required profile
- Experience in customer success, sales, account management, or client services, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and present ideas clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industry is a plus.
