Sales Officer – Field Sales (Lahore)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join our growing team in Lahore. You will work on the ground, visiting retail shops, introducing our Hypemalls platform, delivering quick product demos and onboarding new merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail shops across Lahore’s markets on a daily basis.
• Introduce Hypemalls to shop owners and conduct short demos using a phone or the merchant’s device.
• Sign up new customers and support them during the first week of usage.
• Report weekly on shops visited, demos performed and customers acquired.
• Provide feedback from the field to help shape product development.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of field sales experience in FMCG, distribution, pharma, telecom or similar (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Comfortable initiating conversations with shop owners.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently without daily supervision.
• Based in Lahore and fluent in Urdu.

Required skills

• Proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications.

What we offer

• Base salary PKR 35,000–45,000 per month.
• PKR 1,000 bonus for each new customer onboarded.
• Monthly commission on active accounts, with high performers earning PKR 55,000+.
• Travel allowance.
