Sales Onboarding Representative – Merchant Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Onboarding Representative to acquire and onboard restaurants onto the Paely platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for restaurant owners, guiding them through the setup process and ensuring their first successful transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach restaurants, cafés and hospitality businesses in the assigned territory.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with owners and decision‑makers to present Paely’s value proposition.
• Guide merchants through the onboarding workflow, including QR code deployment and POS integration.
• Ensure each merchant goes live on the platform and completes its first customer transaction.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and onboarding status.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with restaurant partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, business development or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, Hotel Management, BBA, Supply Chain or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with professional spoken English.
• Comfortable with daily field sales visits and owning a motorcycle.
• Self‑driven, organized and target‑oriented.

Required skills

• Familiarity with food‑delivery or POS platforms such as Foodpanda, Cheetay, Golootlo, Oscar POS, Foodics or Mint POS.
