Sales Person - Diagnostic Products

About the role

A.S. Enterprises, a Pakistani sales and distribution company dealing in diagnostic products since 1981, is looking for a Lahore-based Sales Person. The company has 18 branch offices and a nationwide sales and marketing network supporting healthcare providers. The role develops customer relationships and grows product sales in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell diagnostic products to hospitals, laboratories, clinics and other healthcare customers.
• Identify prospective accounts, visit customers and build lasting professional relationships.
• Understand customer needs and give accurate product information and suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders and inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and keep organized records of customer interactions, leads and sales activity.
• Monitor local market activity and share customer feedback and business opportunities with management.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, presentation and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to identify prospects, qualify leads, negotiate and close sales professionally.
• Customer relationship management and consistent follow-up skills.
• Interest in medical devices, diagnostic products or healthcare sales, and ability to learn technical product details.
• Comfortable holding in-person customer meetings and explaining product features clearly.
• Good organization, time management and ability to work toward measurable sales targets.
• Professional judgment, reliability and collaboration with distribution and internal support teams.
