Sales Professional - Construction & Building Supplies

About the role

Mint Engineering & Supplies, a Lahore-based construction and building services company, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Professional. The role covers construction, building services and supplies, working closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver proposals that match project drawings and service capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Prospect leads, respond to inquiries and prepare and present quotations
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams so proposals align with project drawings and service capabilities
• Conduct site visits, understand client requirements and follow up on ongoing projects
• Keep clients informed about milestones and deliveries, and support contract negotiations
• Maintain accurate sales records and help achieve revenue and growth targets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field preferred
• Proven B2B and B2C sales and account management experience, with a customer-focused mindset and integrity in handling client finances and documentation
• Understanding of Lahore's construction and institutional sectors, and willingness to work on-site full time
• Preferred: 2-3+ years of experience in construction or building supplies sales

Required skills

• Familiarity with construction processes and building services such as solar, HVAC and CCTV
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Pipeline management, milestone tracking and basic data analysis or CRM tools
• Proficiency with MS Office and comfort using phone, email and WhatsApp for business communication
