Sales QA Executive

About the role

ViralAd is looking for a Sales QA Executive to act as an independent quality checkpoint across the entire client journey, from the first sales conversation through onboarding and ongoing relationship management. The primary goal is to raise client satisfaction and reduce chargebacks by identifying issues early.

Key responsibilities

• QA the sales process by reviewing deal pitches, promises made to clients, and ensuring they are upheld.
• Build and maintain a standardized onboarding checklist and verify correct onboarding for every new client.
• Monitor client relationship health, track progress, and assess satisfaction levels.
• Conduct checks on client communications across all accounts, flagging potential sources of dissatisfaction or chargebacks.
• Track recurring issues, identify patterns, and report actionable insights to management.
• Own outcomes of higher client satisfaction and fewer disputes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in QA, client success, sales support, or account management, preferably in an agency or services environment.
• Strong written and spoken English with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to stay objective and provide clear, constructive feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Trello for task management.
• Proficiency with Discord for team communication.
