Sales Representative - Cold Calling

About the role

A confident, motivated and results-driven Sales Representative is sought to make outbound cold calls, talk with potential clients, identify their needs and generate new business. The role is full-time and on-site, based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, and focuses on reaching clients primarily in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients, mainly in the USA
• Introduce the company's services and generate leads
• Build strong relationships with prospects through professional communication
• Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions
• Handle objections and follow up with potential clients
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups
• Work toward daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

Required profile

• Good English communication skills
• Confidence in speaking with international clients
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Required skills

• Persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and work toward targets
