Sales Representative (English & Urdu) – Remote

About the role

Bunny Home Care is looking for a motivated Sales Representative who is fluent in English and Urdu to drive inbound and outbound sales efforts for U.S. clients. This remote position offers the chance to work in a fast‑growing, multicultural environment while building strong relationships with families and healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in English and Urdu.
• Develop and maintain relationships with U.S. families and healthcare clients.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate, and close sales deals.
• Keep CRM data (HubSpot or Salesforce) accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Client Success teams to ensure excellent service.
• Contribute ideas and adapt quickly in a high‑growth setting.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Urdu.
• 3+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in international or multilingual contexts.
• Comfortable working the 08:15 am – 04:15 pm EST shift.
• Strong communication, proactive attitude, and highly organized.
• Experience in healthcare or U.S. markets is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection, professional headset, and suitable remote‑work device.
