Sales Representative - Karachi

About the role

GSK is looking for a Sales Representative in Karachi who will drive product performance through effective execution of the sales plan and impactful interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs). The goal is to achieve sales targets and other key performance indicators while demonstrating GSK values.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ambitious sales targets and drive business performance in the assigned territory.
• Execute HCP engagement initiatives to build product advocacy and drive incremental sales growth.
• Run effective sales calls using the Patient Focused Selling Model to convert customers.
• Ensure all sales lead KPIs are met.
• Build strong relationships with KOLs and identify each HCP's customer journey stage, setting specific call objectives for each account.
• Identify trends, opportunities and customer segments in the territory, keeping HCP lists up to date.
• Extend services to total accounts and provide added value to customers.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of disease areas, products and competitors to answer HCP queries, and monitor competitor activity locally.
• Deliver an omnichannel customer experience and act as a role model for GSK values.

Required profile

• Pharmaceutical degree or Medical Science graduate.
• 1-2 years of experience in pharma selling with a proven performance track record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build ties with KOLs.
• Knowledge of the pharma industry and key players in therapy areas.
• Knowledge of disease states and the patient journey.
