Sales Representative – Logistics Dispatch Services

About the role

Join H&A Solutions for Logistics as a Sales Representative responsible for onboarding and selling dispatching services to carriers and brokers across the United States. You will work from our Gujranwala office on a night shift, engaging professionally with clients and striving to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell dispatching services to US‑based carriers and freight brokers.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Provide accurate information about service offerings and pricing.
• Collaborate with internal logistics teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English communication skills.
• Sales or customer‑service aptitude with a target‑driven mindset.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work the night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday‑Friday).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience with USA or UK companies is a plus.
