Sales Specialist – Automotive Export

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work on-site in Karachi, driving vehicle sales and supporting global export operations for a leading car export company. You will interact with international buyers, present suitable vehicle options, and ensure smooth export documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leads and respond promptly to inquiries from overseas customers.
• Present vehicle options based on client requirements and market conditions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices within company guidelines, and close deals.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to guarantee accurate documentation and timely shipments.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Update sales records, reports, and pipeline tracking tools.
• Stay informed about market trends, inventory levels, and pricing strategies.
• Adhere to company policies and contribute to a professional, customer‑focused sales environment.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proven customer‑service experience with a focus on building trust.
• Demonstrated sales abilities, including lead management, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Experience in sales management or supporting sales processes such as reporting and pipeline tracking.
• Ability to deliver or participate in product and process training.
• Prior experience in automotive sales, export, or international trade is highly beneficial.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Karachi with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools and good computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, online communication platforms).
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent practical experience.
