About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team on a remote, commission‑based basis for an initial three‑month period. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through research and outreach.
- Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed commission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and client‑handling abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to generate successful leads and convert them into customers.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
