About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in our property units, guiding them from initial inquiry through to deal closure.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored property recommendations.
- Conduct property demonstrations, arrange site visits, and ensure timely deal closure.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to capture evolving needs.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
Required profile
- Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales and a customer‑service mindset.
- At least one year of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
