About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive property sales by understanding client needs, presenting suitable units, and closing deals efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Understand clients' requirements and provide thorough briefings on relevant property units.
- Conduct demonstrations, arrange site visits, and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Follow up with clients to capture evolving requirements and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
Required profile
- Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Passionate about sales with a commitment to excellence and customer service.
- At least 1 year of sales experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and alignment with core company values.
