Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Specialist to manage the sales process and develop professional relationships with new customers. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them understand the value proposition and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers at partner merchant stores and deliver product presentations.
• Guide customers through document verification and registration in the company’s app.
• Maintain in‑store branding and promotional materials.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve registration issues.
• Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks and record activities to support the sales cycle.
• Track sales metrics and report performance to management.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Understanding of sales processes and strategies.
• Experience in retail sales, FMCG or representative roles (preferred).
• Quick learner with ability to adapt to new challenges.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with diverse customers.
• Self‑motivated and results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Urdu language.
