Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Bhoth, focused on driving sales growth and strengthening client relationships for Qamar Exports, a custom apparel and sportswear manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the apparel and sportswear market.
• Manage existing accounts and present tailored product solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up leads, and negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure accurate order execution.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and gather feedback for service improvement.
• Contribute to sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Support training and guidance for team members on sales processes and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience, preferably in apparel, textiles, or manufacturing.
• Training skills to share product and process knowledge.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bhoth, manage multiple accounts, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in basic office software such as Microsoft Office.
