About the role
The Sales Specialist will drive plot and unit sales for Zesora Khanaspur, converting enquiries into booked sales through site visits, client presentations and structured follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through referrals, walk‑ins, digital enquiries and marketing campaigns, maintaining an up‑to‑date pipeline of prospective buyers.
- Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs, presenting plots/units, pricing plans and project features while addressing client questions on location, timelines and investment potential.
- Negotiate terms, prepare booking forms and close sales in line with monthly and quarterly targets, coordinating with Finance for installment schedules and with Legal for documentation.
