Sales Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work full‑time on‑site at Agency21 International’s Civic Center in Bahria Phase 4, Islamabad. You will engage with prospective and existing clients, assess their property needs and guide them through the entire transaction process, from viewings to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and present suitable real‑estate options to clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
• Coordinate with advisors, legal teams and other stakeholders to ensure transparent documentation and smooth closings.
• Manage a personal sales pipeline, follow up on leads and contribute to market analysis activities.
• Participate in ongoing sales training to stay current with market trends and company offerings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Experience in sales management or training, preferably in real‑estate or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• High ethical standards, commitment to transparent transactions and flexibility to work varied hours.
