Sales Specialist – SDR & Sales Closer

About the role

Tecton Solutions is seeking an experienced SDR & Sales Closer to generate qualified leads, engage prospects and close sales for its digital services portfolio, including web development, app development and SEO. The candidate will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing while working on‑site in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and outreach.
• Present web development, app development, SEO and other digital solutions to prospects.
• Identify client needs, schedule demos and negotiate terms.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly lead‑generation and sales targets and ensure smooth handover to internal teams after closing.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, cold calling or sales closing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong English communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Lahore with a full‑time schedule.

What we offer

• Basic salary of PKR 70,000 – 100,000, determined by experience.
• 5% sales commission on closed deals.
• Full‑time, on‑site position with a 5‑day work week (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
