Sales Team Manager

About the role

The Sales Team Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Karachi Division of Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited. The role leads a sales team, sets targets, monitors performance and drives the implementation of sales strategies to grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate a sales team to achieve defined targets.
• Plan, develop and execute sales strategies and action plans.
• Coach, train and conduct regular team meetings to improve capabilities.
• Review individual and team results, prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Ensure excellent customer service and coordinate with internal departments.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven team management and leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Experience designing and delivering training and coaching programmes.
• Solid sales expertise including target setting, pipeline management, negotiation and closing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services or a regulated industry preferred.
• Analytical and reporting ability using sales data and KPIs.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or sales‑management tools.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Karachi and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
