Sales Training Manager

About the role

The Sales Training Manager will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of sales enablement programs for INFOTICS Academy’s sales force. Based on‑site in the Korangi District, you will ensure the team is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to promote the institute’s multi‑cloud and technology certification offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and update structured sales training curricula, playbooks and workshop materials.
• Deliver regular training sessions, workshops and one‑on‑one coaching for new and existing sales staff.
• Assess training effectiveness through tests, performance metrics and feedback loops.
• Identify skill gaps in collaboration with management and create targeted development plans.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on training activities and outcomes.
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to align messaging and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in sales training and enablement, with a track record of designing and delivering programs.
• Strong background in training & development, including needs analysis, curriculum design and outcome evaluation.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Coaching experience, mentoring sales professionals to improve performance.
• Experience in education, technology or professional services sales training is preferred.
• Solid understanding of modern sales methodologies, pipeline management and CRM tools.
• Ability to work on‑site in Korangi District and manage multiple initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
