Sales Training Specialist

About the role

Software Finder is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to elevate the performance of its Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will design and deliver onboarding, ongoing training, and coaching programs that align with SaaS industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Own a designated group of SDRs, driving consistent performance improvements.
• Develop and deliver structured onboarding and continuous training programs for new and existing SDRs.
• Conduct regular refresher sessions and administer monthly quizzes to assess product knowledge and sales process understanding.
• Analyze performance data from HubSpot and create personalized training plans.
• Design and update training modules as new SaaS products or categories are introduced.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching with actionable feedback to boost productivity and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, Team Leads, and Quality Verifiers to ensure training aligns with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales training, sales enablement, or coaching within SaaS or B2B environments.
• Strong knowledge of sales development processes and CRM usage, preferably HubSpot.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Analytical mindset to turn performance data into actionable training strategies.
