Salesforce Solution Architect

About the role

Brightwheel is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and integration of its Salesforce platform and related GTM tools. You will work in a fast‑moving, remote‑first environment, ensuring the system scales reliably while enabling AI‑driven workflows for the sales and customer success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own architecture and development for Salesforce and adjacent integrations such as LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Gong, and Stripe.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex integration work beyond standard admin configuration.
• Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and a technical‑debt roadmap with regular burn‑down cycles.
• Design, document, and ship AI‑assisted workflows that increase SysOps velocity and support GTM representatives.
• Execute sprint‑based admin and configuration tasks, applying rigorous design documentation and architecture reviews.
• Mentor junior admins to broaden technical capability and reduce single points of failure.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping production‑ready Salesforce solutions, including triggers, async Apex, and REST/API integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one of the listed GTM tools (Stripe, Gong, Chili Piper, LeanData, HubSpot, Intercom).
• Track record of building monitoring/alerting for revenue‑critical systems.
• Experience creating AI‑assisted workflows that scale beyond personal use.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and reduce technical debt in live environments.
