About the role
Zaryans Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd. seeks motivated Salespersons to drive retail counter and field sales. The role offers a fixed basic salary plus attractive commission based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Visit shops, retailers and potential customers to generate sales.
- Build strong relationships with shopkeepers and business clients.
- Promote company products and services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer records.
Required profile
- Experience in counter sales, retail sales, distribution or field sales preferred.
- Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
- Energetic, punctual and target‑oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned market.
