Salon Helper (Fresher/Mid Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Salon Helper to join our team at Farah Arsalan Makeup Studio and Salon in Rawalpindi. This entry‑to‑mid level position offers hands‑on experience in a busy salon environment, supporting senior stylists and ensuring a smooth client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, escort them to service stations and ensure comfort before appointments.
• Prepare and sterilize tools, equipment and workstations following hygiene protocols.
• Wash, shampoo, condition and assist with blow‑drying and basic styling under direction.
• Maintain stocked treatment areas, manage simple inventory checks and replenish supplies.
• Assist senior hairstylists during services and perform light housekeeping tasks.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of salon hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to perform shampooing, conditioning and basic drying/styling techniques.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina for standing and handling equipment throughout the shift.
• Basic literacy for appointment notes and inventory tracking.
