About the role
The Female Salon Manager (Russian Speaking) will oversee daily salon operations at an on‑site location in Peshawar, ensuring high standards of customer service and professional beauty care.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise salon staff, organize schedules and manage appointments.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety standards and inventory of products and tools.
- Communicate with clients in Russian and English/Urdu, address concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate hiring, training and performance management of salon personnel.
- Implement promotional activities to drive client retention and business growth.
Required profile
- Strong cosmetology and beauty service expertise with practical hair‑care knowledge.
- Effective communication skills in Russian and ability to interact with diverse clients.
- Experience in hiring, supervising and mentoring salon staff.
- Basic understanding of salon operations, scheduling and inventory management.
- Previous salon or spa management experience is preferred.
