Sanitary Patrol positions – dengue control program

About the role

The District Health Authority Sheikhupura is recruiting male and female Sanitary Patrol staff for a dengue control program. The positions are temporary, lasting up to 90 days, and involve field work to monitor and prevent dengue outbreaks in the district.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular sanitary patrols in assigned tehsils to identify and eliminate mosquito breeding sites.
• Collect and record data on dengue cases and vector control activities using an Android mobile device.
• Report findings to the supervisory team and assist in implementing control measures.
• Maintain daily biometric attendance as required by the program.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines set by the District Health Authority.

Required profile

• Male candidates: 18‑35 years old; Female candidates: 18‑33 years old.
• Maximum age limit of 40 years for candidates with prior dengue‑control experience.
• Middle Pass (or equivalent) educational qualification.
• Resident of Punjab province.
• Ability to operate an Android mobile phone for data entry.
• Preference given to candidates with previous experience in dengue control programs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using Android mobile devices for field data collection.
