Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

About the role

The SEO Specialist at Creative Chaos will lead efforts to improve organic search rankings, enhance website health, and manage paid search campaigns. You will work closely with content and social media teams to drive traffic and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute effective SEO strategies, including keyword research and on‑page optimization.
• Oversee a team of SEO experts and coordinate off‑page activities such as link‑building and forum commenting.
• Monitor technical SEO issues, resolve them, and ensure website performance.
• Analyze traffic, rankings, and other metrics, producing regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Team on integrated marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in a software house, e‑commerce, or agency setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business or related field (optional but a plus).
• Proven track record with demonstrable SEO results; candidates must provide portfolio websites.
